Sinzos di Laura Puggioni
Laura Puggioni uses ceramics with a personal and recognizable style, drawing inspiration from other artisanal forms from which she takes textures and designs for her pieces, such as embroidery, goldsmithing, weaving, and inlay. She trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sassari and refined her ceramic techniques by attending an artisan workshop in Rome and taking training courses with masters from Faenza. She currently works in her studio in Nuoro.

Clay, a plastic material, is ideal for expressing a personal stylistic research that is rooted in the traditions of the fine artisanal knowledge of material culture in Sardinia. In her workshop, SINZOS, located in Via Chironi in Nuoro, she sells her handmade creations and works with great care and discipline. Her meticulous work, which involves the use of specific tools for decorations, is a great example of refined craftsmanship.
