This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the Portal by the user and are a binding agreement between the Administration and the user. The Privacy Policy must be considered an integral part of these terms and conditions.
The web portal can be reached at https://www.bentanas.com (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) and is managed by Bentanas di Ettore Pireda (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) and the information contained therein are intended for the public without limitations or restrictions of any type.
The use of this Portal constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The data and information contained in the Portal are reported for transparency purposes and must be used to promote and improve knowledge of Sardinia. Users are, therefore, invited to contact customer service for any further information, clarifications, and/or specifications on the information contained on Bentanas.com.
Changing the terms and conditions for use of the Portal
The Administration reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as a whole or in part. The user, therefore, must periodically consult the Portal. Use of the Portal after these changes constitutes implicit acceptance of those changes.
Use of information, and intellectual and/or industrial property rights
The data are processed at the Controller’s operating locations and in any other location in which the parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, contact the Controller.
The Portal and its contents are the exclusive property of the Administration and/or third parties and are protected by the current standards regarding the protection of Intellectual and/or Industrial Property rights and may be used by the user within the limits of the law and these terms and conditions.
Any form of economic use of the Portal and its contents with reference to trademarks, patents, technology, products, processes, or any intellectual property rights of the Administration or third parties referred to in the portal is forbidden. Therefore, the user may not copy, reproduce, publish, codify, transmit, or distribute in any manner, any part of the Portal and/or its contents, without the express written consent of the Administration.
The Administration is in no way responsible for any violations of the rights of third parties by the users and resulting from the improper use of the contents of the Portal.
Links with third party websites
The Portal may contain links to other websites owned by third parties (hereinafter referred to as Linked Websites). The Administration does not control the Linked Websites and cannot be considered in any way responsible for their content, with reference, including and not limited to, links contained in the Linked Portal or changes and updates of the Linked Portal. Access to and navigation on other websites are the exclusive responsibility of the user. Therefore, we recommend that users take all precautions necessary against any viruses and other damaging elements.
Users obligations for use
The user shall use the Portal diligently, correctly, and legally and, in particular shall respect the obligations set forth in the law and the present terms and conditions. Therefore, the user shall refrain from doing any of the following, including and not limited to:
Using the Portal for illegal purposes and/or in violation of the present conditions; perform any action that can impact the rights and interests of the administration and/or third parties, including intellectual or industrial property rights or confidentiality, or that can damage, undermine, or prevent normal use of the Portal in any way, or to interfere with use and enjoyment of the Portal by third parties.
Liability exemption
The Administration shall not be responsible in any manner for any errors and/or omissions contained in the Portal and does not provide any guarantee regarding the correctness and/or completeness of the information contained therein. The Administration reserves the right to make changes, corrections, improvements to the contents of the Portal at any time and without prior notification. The Administration shall not be responsible in any manner for
any damages or viruses that can affect the computer equipment or other property of the user following access, use, or navigation in the Portal or downloading of material, data, text, and images contained in the Portal.
The Administration also reserves the right to interrupt or suspend the functionality of the Portal and the connected services. The user recognizes that the Administration cannot, in any way, considered responsible for the interruption and/or suspension of the functionality of the Portal.
Limitation of access to the Portal by the Users
The Administration may, based on its own indisputable judgment, without any notification and without it leading to the assumption of any responsibility, deny users access to the Portal whenever it discovers a violation of these terms and conditions or for technical problems.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law and are interpreted in compliance with those laws. Any dispute related to the interpretation and/or execution of these terms and conditions, including those related to their validity, interpretation, execution, and resolution, will be referred to the Court of Nuoro.
